SD Sourcing India finds the right Manufacturers and Clients by reviewing their past performance in the market research, evaluate the supplier’s market, develop a sourcing strategy, select suppliers, negotiate with suppliers, enforce the sourcing strategy, measure and evaluate supplier performance and finally optimize sourcing strategy.
SAMPLING
We develop and provide samples as per clients’ design, fabric quality, weight, shrinkage, color fastness, specifications, etc. to obtain clients’ approval before heading to production through our professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers who always keep a close check on sampling and production.
QUALITY / ASSURANCE
Our Quality Controllers visit the factory at regular intervals to make sure we meet our client’s requirements. Our quality control personnel are stationed at all manufacturing sites to ensure that all production will meet the client’s requirements. We always want to deliver satisfaction to our customers. we monitor the order from sourcing of raw materials and accessories to production and up to the final shipment of goods. We also monitor and report the status of the order to the client with systematic follow-up at each and every stage.
PACKING
Only approved goods are packed and the client is assured of getting quality merchandise. Care is also taken to see whether all packing instructions of the client are respected.
SHIPMENTS / DOCUMENTS
All shipping documents are reviewed and verified as per the client’s instructions. All cargo is handled by a reputable forwarder to obtain correct information regarding ETD and ETA of vessels because time delivery is as important for us as it is to the client SAMPLE.
